Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Russia and Israel at this time.

All orders placed prior to 1pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

For orders shipped with standard international post or express international post, you can track your order via your local postal service once it has arrived into your country for more detailed information (eg. USPS for all US orders).

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

Charcoal Clothing is not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit because of this.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURN TO SENDER FEES

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter their full and correct address (including Business Name if applicable), ensure that they are available to be contacted for delivery to be arranged (if applicable), as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point (if applicable). Charcoal Clothing is not liable for any information entered incorrectly in the checkout, which is a secure environment.

For Australian customers, if the parcel cannot be delivered due to the customer's error or is not collected within the Australia Post timeframe and therefore returned to sender (RTS), Charcoal Clothing will contact the customer with options for re-shipment.

For Australian customers, a flat rate of $10.00 AUD will be charged for re-shipment and it is the customers responsibility to make payment and provide the true and correct address, as well as collecting their parcel from the collection point, if applicable.

If the customer has changed their mind on their purchase and does not want the order to be re-shipped, a store credit will be offered, less the aforementioned re-shipping fee (and less any original shipping costs, if applicable).

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Charcoal Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The advised timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.
